What is notarial arbitration?
An enforceable award delivered far more quickly than through the courts. For example, if a dispute arises over the deposit contract (contrato de arras) and one of the parties refuses to pay, instead of waiting 2 or 3 years for the ordinary courts to hand down a final judgment, with everything that process entails (money and time)
What are your fees?
If you are an owner and wish to work with several estate agencies, our fee is 5% + VAT of your property's sale price. If we are the only agency handling your property, 6% + VAT.
Do you work on an exclusive basis?
Yes, as long as our clients value their time. It is the best way of working, both for us and for our clients.
Do you work with other agencies?
Yes, always. What matters is selling your home as soon as possible.
What does the technical inspection include?
Over 200 technical checks. A Hausum architect identifies hidden problems such as damp, cracks or electrical faults. After the inspection, we give you a detailed report, which we also use to negotiate a better price with solid arguments.
